The National Training Summit (NTS) is Samsung’s bi-annual training event that brings together sales team, trainers and retail partners from across the UK and Ireland. This two-day event serves as the launchpad for Samsung’s latest products, providing training, hands-on experience, and a unified vision before major releases. NTS ensures that everyone representing Samsung’s products can speak with confidence and expertise, before these devices reach consumers. 

THE CHALLENGE

Samsung faced a crucial moment: launching their new Galaxy S25 Series. They needed to get their teams excited and equipped to sell these AI-powered devices. But explaining tech specs wasn’t enough – their people needed to experience the innovation firsthand.
