The challenge

CDW, HP’s largest global reseller partner, approached us to design an incentive trip for their sales teams. The goal was to promote HP sales and motivate their workforce.

Following a successful trip to Nice in 2023, we were tasked with creating another memorable experience, but with a more modest budget.

What we did

We crafted a solution that balanced luxury and cost-effectiveness:

  • Arranged accommodations at the prestigious Celtic Manor Resort
  • Organized a 3-course meal for the evening before the main event
  • Provided access to spa facilities for all attendees
  • Arranged a round of golf for interested participants
  • Facilitated networking opportunities for the team to bond before the weekend activities
  • Got our hands on VIP Glastonbury Festival tickets for the group to attend, boogie, and sing their hearts out at as the main event
  • A glamping experience with luxury yurts – a hot shower, clean toilets and comfy sleeping really is a privilege at festivals

Our solution focused on creating a high-value experience that would motivate CDW’s sales team:

  • People: We facilitated networking and team-building opportunities, allowing CDW staff to connect in a relaxed setting before the main event
  • Experience: By choosing Celtic Manor Resort, we provided a premium venue that offered a range of activities, from spa treatments to golf, catering to diverse preferences. Giving attendees the chance to tick off going to a bucket list worthy event like Glastonbury Festival was the perfect way to top off the experience. It was unforgettable, with a variety of artists and music genres for all to enjoy and amazing headliners, such as Dua Lipa and Coldplay
  • Value: Despite a reduced budget, we maintained a high-quality experience by focusing on key elements that would make the trip memorable and rewarding
