Chris is on his seventh year (and counting) with us at Blue Square and has had a great career journey within our Samsung and HP teams. He’s spent the majority of his journey within our Samsung Training team, until last year when he made the move over to our HP Training team, as a Content and Retail Programs Manager.

Aroon Mukhtar‘s spent eight years at Blue Square perfecting many skills, helping him progress through five roles – from our Samsung Electronics team to his current position as Regional Relationship Manager on our SharkNinja team. Networking and being proactive are his top strengths that have helped him on his career path.

Matt’s had an impressive journey with us on our Samsung Team since he joined in 2017. During his first three years, he quickly progressed through our Field Team and he’s now our Lead Regional Manager. We asked Matt to share his journey with us, check out this quick read to learn his advice for anyone also looking to progress in their careers.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Rhiannon for some time now. She began her career in our head office, then moved over to our Samsung team after three years. She’s been on our Samsung team ever since and has been in her current role as the Head of Product Training Strategy since October. With such an impressive career progression journey, especially as a female in the tech industry, we wanted to hear more from Rhiannon and how she’s got to where she is now.

Emily joined Blue Square nearly nine years ago in 2015. She started her career as an Area Development Manager and has since had five other roles within our Samsung team. Emily’s made amazing progress and has just started a new role as an Omnichannel Manager after being a Senior Retail Projects Manager for three years so we chatted with her to find out more about her journey, learnings and advice for anyone also looking to progress.

Darshan’s been with us in our Samsung team since 2012. He began his journey at Blue Square as a Retail Sales and Marketing Specialist and up until now has had five other roles, working his way up to Client Service Director. With such an impressive and long journey with us, we wanted to speak to Darshan to find out more about his career journey, what’s made him stay, and his advice for others looking to progress in their career.

Beth’s been with Blue Square since October 2019. In under five years, she’s had three roles within the Samsung team progressing from Regional Manager to Head of Training and Operations. In our eyes, Beth is a superstar in – and outside – of work, from being an incredible support to her team and an amazing mother at home, in honour of International Women’s Day, we thought it’d be great to sit down and ask Beth to walk us through her time here and her tips for anyone wondering how they can progress in their career.

Farah's been a star of ours working with Samsung since 2019 where she started in a store-based role before quickly progressing through to the manager role she's in now.
